What Learning Skillsets Does Your Firm Need to Plan for in 2020?

This month (a whole 2 days into February), I read a recent blog post from the 2020 Workplace. It is titled CLO: What Are New Skills Needed For Future Learning Leaders? Typically, in law firms, we don’t see CLO’s (Chief Learning Officers) like we do in the corporate realm and this got me thinking…like alot of things do. :) But, after reading this blog post, I wondered if the role of a CLO should be a position law firms need to incorporate into their structures? After all, isn’t one of the most important strategic advantages knowledge?
