Twitter. This one little word has sparked an entire phenomenon. Its just starting to catch on in the legal industry and although many have jumped on the bandwagon, many have not. Twitter, along with all the other social media avenues have put a bump in the legal system. Judges and courts are still trying figure out how to deal with them and the legal ramifications associated with social media.
