Yup. ANOTHER upgrade. It’s inevitable really and my experience tells me, its never too early to start planning! So, when planning one (one that affects everyone) what are some of the first steps you can to take to begin a DESKTOP upgrade? The goal: make the technology work for the users, rather than the users working for the technology.

Wow! Can you believe we are almost half way through the year of 2010? It seems technology has taken a giant leap over the past few years and being connected and productive has now become ubiquitous in our lives (whether or not this is a good thing is another debate).
